About the Author
Steve Davidson MCSD has spent eleven years working with companies helping them manage
the information they have more efficiently. This has involved end-user training,
examining business processes and designing and implementing new software. Before
that Steven learned about data management in the RAF working in the Air Traffic
Control environment.
The importance of accurate and timely data in Air Traffic is
crucial to the safety of the planes and their passengers and there is no room for
error. While helping implementing new IT systems Steven learned what works and does
not in a critical environment.
