A bit more about us…

Established for over 25 years, based in the East Midlands, we support businesses across the UK with a range of tech and a huge number of projects. We are not a big nor a small business, simply big enough to be capable and small enough to care.

We specialise in generating bespoke software system solutions (everything from web and mobile applications to operational software) and we do this for many different types of businesses, of all sizes and across public and private sectors.

Our Team

Our experienced, friendly team of Project Managers, UX Designers and Developers work collaboratively across projects to ensure the best possible outcomes.

With a wide range of technical and data backgrounds, we have amassed significant experience in a range of technologies. We trust and hold our team in high regard, as they lead our projects with capability and enthusiasm.

Set up by Scott in 2000, Hero has increased in team-size over the years. Working closely with local universities’ Placement Student programmes, we have trained and then employed several undergraduates who still work with us to this day – a testament to our team and our company.

Good things we do…

We proudly work with local charities in the East Midlands region.

We work closely with a local (Leicestershire) charity, providing a software system that helps them distribute donations to other charities across the world. We support another local charity, ProstAid, by developing their mobile App “It’s a man thing” and we help raise funds by running events with them.

In addition to offering our technical skills, we support many other charities through fundraising events run by our team and associates, or directly such as our annual donations to the “Christmas Toys on The Table” appeal.

We are proud that our teams have a “happy to help” approach and are willing to show it, either through pro bono work, technical advice, or local fundraising for charities.
